Refund policy

The Career Focused Journal® is not responsible for damaged or defective items caused during shipping. All items undergo a quality control inspection before shipping. Any damaged or defective items that do not appear to be caused during shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt via email to contact@thecareerfocusedjournal.com with pictures. If the damage or defect is not reported within this timeframe, we will not issue a refund.

 Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

Pre-orders and back-orders are stocked based upon demand and cannot be refunded.

The Career Focused Journal® will not be held liable for failure of the shipping carrier to deliver an order. Once an order has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure the item is delivered. If you have any problems with receiving an order after it has been shipped, you must contact the specified shipping carrier.
